Suatumo K. Lamadine

lilf MANAGER

Suatumo K. Lamadine is a dedicated educator and Education Manager at LILF, advancing inclusive and transformative learning for underserved communities. He advocates strongly for equal educational opportunities, believing every child deserves access to education and the chance to reach their full potential. With hands-on experience as a classroom teacher, he understands how education and faith together uplift communities and inspire lifelong growth. Known for compassion, patience, and service, he nurtures young minds with care and purpose. Through his leadership, he promotes literacy as a pathway to opportunity, social equity, and renewed hope across Liberia.

Victoria M. Lackay

LILF Liaison Officer / Programs Director

Victoria M. Lackay is a Registered Nurse with a BSc in Nursing and over nineteen years of experience in healthcare and community development. As Liaison Officer and Programs Director at LILF, she specializes in project management, clinical care, public health, infection prevention and control, nutrition, food security, and community health. She has collaborated with Médecins du Monde, Médecins Sans Frontières, GIZ Health Focus, USCDC, WHO, Jhpiego, Welthungerhilfe, and Liberia’s Ministry of Health. These roles strengthened her leadership and technical capacity to design impactful programs. Passionate about service, she advances inclusion through health education, empowerment, and sustainable initiatives that improve access and dignity.

Lewis Lamadine

lilf Youth Programs Manager (National & International),

Lewis Lamadine is an experienced educator and youth mentor with over eighteen years as a teacher and school administrator. As Youth Programs Manager (National & International) at LILF, he leads initiatives that build character, confidence, and compassion among young people. Throughout his career, he successfully guided numerous youth programs, emphasizing discipline and excellence. Now retired from classroom teaching, he devotes his time to service within LILF. His passion is holistic youth development—educational, social, and spiritual—empowering young people to reach their full potential and become future leaders who positively transform their communities and nation.

Agnes Williams Rue

Agnes Williams Rue is a registered nurse and public health professional with over fifteen years of experience in clinical and community health. As Food Security Manager at LILF, she focuses on health systems strengthening, nutrition, and emergency response to support vulnerable families. She holds a BSN and MPH. Her career includes twelve years at Phebe Hospital and Liberia’s Ministry of Health, providing patient care. She later served as an Infection Prevention and Control Specialist with WHO and as Officer-in-Charge for Merlin’s Emergency Response Program, addressing maternal and child health, nutrition, and food security.

Fatu Nyoun

Fatu Nyoun is a community advocate, field leader, and real estate entrepreneur who strengthens LILF’s mission through practical expertise in management, organization, and community relations. As Field Supervisor, she oversees daily project implementation, including education, inclusion, water, and humanitarian programs, ensuring quality, transparency, and care. She coordinates teams, monitors progress, gathers feedback, and upholds organizational standards. Her strong relationships with schools, families, youth groups, and community leaders make her an effective bridge between LILF and communities. Known for integrity and reliability, she combines entrepreneurial insight and service-driven leadership to deliver impactful, community-focused results.

Pastor Solomon T. Ketter

lilf Logistics and Resident Manager

Pastor Solomon T. Ketter is a servant-leader serving as Logistics and Resident Manager at LILF, where he oversees logistics, coordination, and program implementation nationwide. He also serves as Assembly Pastor at Mountain of Fire Ministries (Region Two), providing spiritual leadership with integrity and humility. His dual roles blend ministry, management, and community service, enabling him to bring discipline, compassion, and organizational excellence to his work. Known for reliability, wisdom, and dedication to people, he ensures that LILF’s resources, operations, and mission effectively reach communities in need.

Stephen Jlatoh Konton

lilf Social Initiatives and Media Coordinator

Stephen Jlatoh Konton is a journalist and corporate communication consultant serving as Social Initiatives and Media Coordinator at LILF. He leads public engagement, storytelling, and media outreach, amplifying the foundation’s mission of inclusion and literacy locally and globally. With a background in journalism and strategic communications, he brings clarity, creativity, and professionalism to every project. His ability to shape narratives and elevate community voices strengthens LILF’s connection with the public. Driven by purpose, he uses media as a tool for transformation, promoting education, transparency, unity, and positive social change across Liberia.

ANTHONY B. JALLAH

LILF Sign Language Coordinator

Anthony B. Jallah is a committed humanitarian and advocate for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community, serving as Sign Language Coordinator at the Liberian Inclusion and Literacy Foundation (LILF). He is also a Deaf teacher and interpreter at Oscar Romero School for the Deaf and Director for Deaf Affairs at LILF. With experience as a Psychosocial Counsellor at Mary’s Meals, he brings strong community support skills. Anthony is a junior student at AME Zion University College and trained counsellor. His expertise includes sign language, NGO management, and project planning, driven by a passion for inclusive development and accessibility.

ALBERT LARWUBAH KESSELLEY, SR.

LILF Program and Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

Albert Larwubah Kesselley, Sr. is a results-driven development professional serving as Program and Monitoring & Evaluation Manager at the Liberian Inclusion and Literacy Foundation (LILF). He leads program design, implementation, and performance tracking to ensure impactful and measurable outcomes. With expertise in building robust M&E systems, he uses data-driven insights and field experience to strengthen accountability and effectiveness. Albert promotes a culture of learning, transparency, and adaptive management, ensuring programs remain responsive to community needs. His approach centers on evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement, contributing to sustainable development and meaningful organizational impact.

Faithjoy Kellen-Faithjoy Kellen

LILF Community Health Supervisor

Faithjoy Kellen is a skilled Public Health and Epidemiology professional and a strong community health promoter. Worked with the Kellen Clinic as outreach officer, following up with EPI defectors. Faithjoy holds a BSc Degree in Public Health and Epidemiology from the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU) in 2024/2025

ANTHONY B. JALLAH

Sign Language Coordinator

Anthony B. Jallah is a dedicated humanitarian and advocate for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. He currently serves as Sign Language Coordinator at the Liberian Inclusion and Literacy Foundation (LILF) and also contributes as a Deaf teacher and interpreter at Oscar Romero School for the Deaf.

With prior experience as a Psychosocial Counsellor with Mary’s Meals, Anthony brings a strong foundation in community support and inclusive services. He is also serving as Director for Deaf Affairs at LILF, reflecting his deep commitment to advancing inclusion and accessibility.

Anthony is a junior student at AME Zion University College and a graduate of the AME Zion Community College Counsellor Training Program. He has further strengthened his expertise through multiple professional trainings in project planning and proposal development, NGO management, sign language interpretation, and teacher training.

Driven by passion and continuous learning, Anthony is committed to delivering impactful services and promoting inclusive development for persons with disabilities in Liberia.

ALBERT LARWUBAH KESSELLEY, SR.

Program and Monitoring & Evaluation Manager

Albert Larwubah Kesselley, Sr., is a results-driven development professional with a strong background in program design, implementation, and performance monitoring. As the Program and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager at the Liberian Inclusion and Literacy Foundation (LILF), he plays a pivotal role in ensuring that organizational initiatives are strategically aligned and deliver measurable, high-impact results.

In his role, Albert leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of programs, while overseeing the development and implementation of robust Monitoring and Evaluation systems. He integrates data-driven insights with practical field experience to enhance program effectiveness, accountability, and responsiveness to community needs.

Albert is committed to fostering a culture of learning, transparency, and adaptive management within the organization. His professional approach emphasizes evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement, ensuring that all initiatives are guided by reliable data and contribute meaningfully to sustainable development outcomes.
