LILF’s work in Liberia is centered in communities across Johnsonville Township and Greater Monrovia, where access to essential services remains limited for many families.
Health Initiatives
We are implementing the LIFE Health Initiative, focused on the development of a 30-bed women and children’s health center. This project aims to improve access to quality, inclusive, and affordable healthcare services.
Food Security Programs
Through the Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) Food Security Initiative, we support households with training, tools, and resources for sustainable backyard and community gardening. These efforts strengthen nutrition and economic resilience.
Community Engagement
Our programs also include leadership training, health education, and youth engagement activities that empower communities with practical knowledge and skills for long-term development.
