On November 15, 2025, the Liberia Inclusion and Literacy Foundation (LILF) Inc. conducted a one-day capacity-building training for 21 participants (4 males and 17 females), creating an inclusive and collaborative learning environment.

The training focused on strengthening key competencies, including leadership, communication, and project implementation. Participants also received practical guidance in store and warehouse management, conflict resolution, nutrition, and personal hygiene, alongside an introduction to essential project working tools.

This initiative enhanced participants’ skills and preparedness, contributing to more effective project execution and community development efforts.
