Overview

Liberia Inclusion and Literacy Foundation (LILF) INC. was founded in response to persistent social, health, educational, and economic challenges affecting vulnerable populations in Liberia, particularly women, children, adolescents, persons with disabilities, and disadvantaged youth.

This organization was established by experienced development, agriculture, and health professionals committed to advancing inclusive development, literacy, health equity, agriculture, and community empowerment. LILF adopts a rights-based and community-centered approach, ensuring that interventions are participatory, culturally sensitive, and sustainable.

LILF works closely with communities, traditional leaders, local authorities, civil society organizations, and relevant government institutions to advance national development priorities and contribute to sustainable, community-led solutions.

Our Mission

To empower vulnerable and marginalized populations through inclusive education, improved health, food security and nutrition services, Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) interventions, and sustainable livelihood initiatives that promote self-reliance and community resilience.

A Liberia where all people, especially women, children, and vulnerable groups, have equitable access to quality education, healthcare, nutrition, food security, and opportunities for a dignified and productive life.
